When can I purchase a Wooly Hoop if I am a Club member?

Every month, I open my website for orders. Launch dates are announced through my Instagram and will now be announced to Wooly Club members via email.

I will be sending out "You've Been Selected" emails to a handful of lucky members a few days before every launch.

Each month, the select group of members who receive the "you've been selected" email will have the opportunity to sign into the Woolyhoops website and make a purchase.

Only those signed up to be a Wooly Club Member are eligible to receive the email.

 

Can I purchase more than one portrait?

To give more members a chance, purchases are limited to one portrait. During a regular launch, you may checkout with as little or as many portraits as you wish.

 

Can I share my code with other people?

To ensure a smooth and joyful shopping experience, orders placed with different emails from those selected will be cancelled.

 

How long will I have to purchase if I've been selected?

My site will be password protected for 24 hours. During those 24 hours, portraits will be in stock which gives you the opportunity to checkout at your own pace. After the 24 hours are up, my site will be open again to the public with items marked as "closed for orders".

If you choose not to order, that's no worries.

 

Can you only purchase if you are a Wooly Club member?

NO! I will still be opening up for my regular monthly launches. Wooly Club members, when selected, have the benefit of shopping early.

 

What if I don't receive an email to purchase in the next few months?

If you don't receive a Wooly Club password this month, you are still on the list to receive it another! You can also try and order on each months launch. :)
